Ajana rooms’ answers to the FAQ

 

What are the Check-in and Check-out times?

Check-in: from 12.00 am to 11.00 pm. We have no reception, it is necessary to communicate the arrival time to avoid waiting. Arrivals after 11.00 pm must be arranged in advance with us.

Check-out: The day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room no later than 10:00 am.

Can I arrive at different times than the Check-in time?

If you arrive in Cagliari early and your room is not ready, you can safely leave your luggage for free and start visiting the city right away.

Is breakfast included?

The Italian breakfast is included in the price of the stay and will be served in a partner café with Ajana Rooms.

Do you have a WiFi connection?

Yes, free wireless Internet access is available throughout the b&b.

Can I pay by credit card?

You can pay by debit and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, CartaSi, PostePay).

Do you accept the Holiday Bonus?

Sorry, we don’t accept the 2021 Holiday Bonus.

Are there rooms with a balcony?

Yes, we have only one room with a balcony.

Are pets allowed?

Sorry, but pets are not allowed.

Do you have parking?

Ajana Rooms doesn’t have a parking space. We are in the historic center and you may have difficulty finding parking. If you don’t want to waste time, we advise you to park for a fee in the parking lot behind the Central Station, in Piazza MatteottiMetropark.

Is it possible to park on the street?

We are in the ZTL area without cameras. It’s not possible to park in our street (Via Malta) from 7:30 am to 10:30 am; from 15:00 pm to 17:00 pm. You can park in the nearby streets (Via Mameli, Viale Trieste) on paid blue lines or free white lines.

Is smoking allowed?

The whole guest house is no smoking. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and bathrooms.

Are there rooms for smokers?

Smoking is only allowed in the room with a balcony. If you are a smoker we kindly ask you to report it at the time of booking

Can I come and go when I want?

At check-in you will receive the keys to the main entrance, the entrance to the guest house and your room. You will be totally independent. The keys must necessarily be returned at check-out.

How far is the train station and the port?

We are 3 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes walk from the harbor.

How far is the airport?

We are 10 minutes by car from the airport. You can consult the section HOW TO GET HERE to receive more information.

Do you have a transfer service to the airport?

We have a shuttle service available for transfers to / from Elmas airport. The service is subject to a fee and must be paid directly to the driver. In order to use this service it’s necessary to communicate the flight number and the estimated time of arrival 2 days in advance.

How far is the nearest beach?

We are 10 minutes by car or bus from the Poetto beach.
